This is a repeat of the Autumn 2023 event.

This event is for teachers who are delivering the Pearson Edexcel GCSE Music Qualification.

During the session, delegates will:
• review the appraising paper structure and assessment objectives
• explore integrated approaches to delivering appraising content through creative performance and composition tasks
• look at different types of questions in the exam, including familiar listening, unfamiliar listening, and essay questions, before exploring strategies for preparing students to tackle each type of questions
• be able to ask our experienced trainer questions about the appraising component.

This event can count as 2 hours of CPD.
