This event is for teachers delivering Pearson Edexcel A Level Modern Languages (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Russian) with a particular focus on the speaking element. The course will offer practical strategies that you can take back to the classroom and implement immediately.

Delegates will:
• review the speaking requirements in the specification
• explore the role of the teacher-examiner in conducting the speaking assessment
• understand the must and must nots when conducting speaking assessments
• discuss ways to encourage spontaneous speaking within the oral
• listen to exemplars to understand good practice
• explore the full range of Pearson Edexcel support available.
