This free online event, delivered by one of subject specialists, supports teachers delivering Pearson Edexcel A Level Statistics. The training covers a deep dive into a key topic from the Summer 2025 Exam Insight session.

Please note: A recording of the event will be accessible exclusively to attendees within three days following the event. Subsequently, the recording will be added to the past training content area of the qualification website, secured behind a padlock, later in the term.

This event counts as 1 hour of CPD. You will receive a certificate via email after the event.

About the trainer
Dr. Ali Everett has been teaching A Level for over 10 years covering Maths, Further Maths and Statistics qualifications. Having completed a PhD in Pure Mathematics, he has made the sideways move into Statistics over the course of his teaching career. He is the primary author of the Pearson Scheme of Work for A Level Statistics, as well as the shadow papers and topic tests. He is also an examiner for the qualification.
Ali has been the course lead for A Level Statistics at a sixth form college for nearly 10 years, and spends his time supporting teachers across the country with A Level Statistics with content, development and getting started. He enjoys being at the frontline of Statistics teaching and producing the next generation of applied Statisticians.
