This online course is a series of three modules designed to help educators to engage a range of anti-bias, multicultural and social justice issues and provide them with strategies and tools to help their learners understand, appreciate, include, and advocate for those around them.

Who is this course for?
This course is for all educators who want to build a fluent application of these principles in their work.

What will you learn?
The course features an interactive experience through video, activities with feedback, practical strategies and processes, and relevant examples from across the globe. There are three modules in this course.

1. Turning Inward
This takes teachers on an authentic exploration and reflection of their own background and experience with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We cannot help others until we have taken this journey ourselves.

2. Turning Outward
This gives teachers the tools and actionable steps needed to implement DEI practices in the classroom and make them sustainable. This course can be smoothly implemented through easy-to-follow activities and ideas. It gives teachers the confidence to have crucial conversations, with scenarios and examples of how to handle DEI moments when they come up.

3. Turning to Action
This supports teachers and students to understand where and how they can get involved and impact their environment through allyship and activism.
