International A Level English Literature, Delivery Paper 3 Effectively

This online event is designed for teachers who are moving to Edexcel or delivering the Pearson Edexcel International A Level English Literature specification for the first time.
This will support you in getting ready to teach the International A Level English Language specification, with a particular focus on Paper 3.
During this training delegates will:
- Discuss the assessment objectives: what are they and why they are used when writing examination papers.
- Analyse a recent question paper and learn which types of question match the different assessment objectives.
- Investigate how questions have been answered by looking at feedback from previous exam series.
- Discuss strategies for teaching to try and make sure students can access questions targeting different assessment objectives.
- Network, discuss best practice and share ideas with other teachers.
This training counts at 2 hours of CPD. You will receive an e-certificate by email, post attendance.
