This self-paced training course, developed by the Pearson Edexcel Maths team, is designed to support teachers in delivering our Level 2 Extended Maths Certificate (EMC). The training is structured to provide you with an overview of the qualification before exploring sections in more detail, including the exam papers and how to plan for delivery of the qualification.

After completing this course you will:

• have gained a deeper understanding of the qualification, including the course structure, specification content and assessment model
• understand how the qualification can be delivered effectively in various educational settings
• have learned about the resources available to support you delivering this qualification.

Accessing our self-paced training courses:
Once you click on the Register / Sign in link below you will be taken to the course login page. Here you can either log-in with your Edexcel Online details, or create an account. Once logged in you will be asked to confirm the course you want to take; you will then be taken to the enrolment page. Click to enrol and then select ‘Go to dashboard’ where you can start your course.

Certificate of completion: To acknowledge successful completion of this course you can download a certificate by following the instructions on our platform.
